Tomasz Joniak is an Engineering Product Owner at Elisity, where he owns the Identity Graph, Active Directory and Entra ID connectors, and the control-center UI. He brings more than 15 years in network and identity security, including Cisco and Delinea, and has spoken at Cisco Live, CONFidence, INFOSEK, and DEEP.

Long bio

Tomasz Joniak is an Engineering Product Owner at Elisity, an identity-based microsegmentation company, where he owns the Identity Graph, the Active Directory and Entra ID connector stack, and the control-center UI/UX. Before Elisity he was a Senior Sales Engineer at Delinea across EMEA and Central and Eastern Europe (2022–2025), helping enterprises and partners move beyond traditional privileged access management. At Cisco (2019–2022) he worked as a Technical Marketing Engineer and Senior Consulting Engineer on Secure Firewall and ISE, presenting at Cisco Live and enabling partners and field engineers. Earlier he spent years as a network security engineer in Chicago. He holds the ISC2 CCSP and speaks in English and Polish on privileged access, identity-first security, Zero Trust, and DORA/NIS2 access controls.
